Abby applies her practical experience to growth and development challenges from her time managing teams in the US federal government, successfully directing a consulting and training business in Australia for 10 years, and working on OD projects and coaching across public and private sector clients. She has helped organizations integrate change by providing real-time data collection, leading OD off-sites and interventions, facilitating management courses and seminars, and collaborating with leadership coaches as appropriate to bring all facets of these processes together in a practical way and immediately back to the workplace. Her individual coaching practice incorporates somatic (body-based) awareness through practical approaches such as meditation, yoga, breathing exercises and aikido.

The struggle is great, the task divine - to gain mastery, freedom, happiness, and tranquility.
